Immigration Mental Health Evaluations

Trauma-sensitive, culturally aware evaluations to support with your immigration case.

Mental Health Evaluations for Immigration Cases

Immigration cases can feel overwhelming and the process is often filled with uncertainty and fear. Many of our clients are applying for asylum, facing a waiver process, or seeking protection as survivors of violence. A mental health evaluation can provide essential documentation to support your application and help your story be clearly understood by immigration officials.

At Esprit Therapeutics, we provide trauma-informed, compassionate mental health evaluations tailored to your legal and personal needs. These evaluations give voice to your emotional and psychological experiences, helping to show how your life has been impacted by hardship, separation, abuse, or trauma. We are experienced in writing reports that meet USCIS and court standards and are familiar with the language, detail, and documentation legal teams need.

Each evaluation is approached with care, respect, and cultural sensitivity. We know how important your story is, and we are committed to helping you tell it with dignity and clarity.

Some clients are survivors of violence. Others are parents worried about being separated from their children or individuals fleeing dangerous conditions. Whatever your situation, we are here to help you be heard and supported.
